The climate is not only in the atmosphere.
It lives in our marriages, families, organizations, and communities.
When those climates stabilize, peace and prosperity begin to emerge—naturally, locally, and together.
We are the climate we are trying to change
Many institutions built to serve the world are reaching their limits. For those inside them, this brings uncertainty—not only about work, but about identity, purpose, and stability... for themselves and their families.
This fund exists to support people through that transition, using discernment, not acceleration, without rushing, fixing, or pretending.
We work with UN and NGO staff, business leaders, coaches, and visionaries who feel the shift deeply. People who know something new is required, but do not yet know how to contribute it sustainably.
If you are seeking steadiness, clarity, and a way to serve without burning out, you are not alone.
Before new systems can be created, the nervous system must settle. We provide spaces—private and collective—where pressure eases, clarity returns, and real choices become possible. From that ground, purpose and contribution can emerge with intelligence that serves life, not force.
Everyone here carries hard-won insight from the systems they have served. We can also help you translate that experience into a clear, grounded contribution (a Mission, Offer, Communications and circular Business Model) the world can recognize and coordinate around —human insight supported by careful use of tools, not replaced by them.
Not branding. Not performance. Just coherence.

Some people arrive through a series of 1:1 conversations. Others through gatherings, retreats, or quiet introductions from trusted peers. There is no single path in—only a shared commitment to honesty, responsibility, and care.
Throughout the year we host facilitated gatherings for specific communities. These are spaces to remove the blocks—emotional, relational, systemic—that prevent people from contributing their gifts.
No fixing. No hierarchy. Just careful work, together.
The Summit of Summits
A three-day, invitation-only open space summit for leaders of established communities, focused on redesigning financial and economic systems so prosperity and peace can flow in harmony. Held in Japan, the Summit strengthens civil society as an intelligent force by weaving diverse voices into a shared field of responsibility, memory, and action.
Passion of Freedom
A series of retreats in the Swiss Alps exploring freedom not as escape, but as embodied remembrance — where creativity, intimacy, and leadership emerge through holding tension rather than avoiding it. Through artistic practice, relational inquiry, and grounding in the body, participants learn to transmute pressure into vitality and coherent action. This is freedom lived, not imagined.
The Trust
A technology-free retreat for parents and teenagers designed to interrupt inherited emotional patterns and restore connection during adolescence. Through guided dialogue, nature-based reflection, and shared stillness in the Swiss Alps, families rediscover one another beyond roles, fear, and reaction. Motivation shifts from control to clarity — from noise to meaning.
Some gatherings include painting and creative experiments.
Not as art therapy, and not as outcome-driven work—but as a way to sense the climate we live in and help shape it.
We work toward systems where money is no longer the primary coordinator of value. Until then, we use it transparently—to stabilize stewards, host the commons, and remove barriers to participation. The aim is not less money, but less harm—and more intelligent coordination in service of life.

No pressure. No pitch. Just a conversation.
This fund and its related initiatives are stewarded by Kari and Alexander, who hold the work with attention, discernment, and continuity. Governance is not about control—it is about maintaining coherence, ensuring that resources, relationships, and contributions are responsibly aligned with collective purpose. Stability is created through careful processes, transparent decisions, and sustained presence, allowing participants to focus on contribution rather than bureaucracy.
Beyond the two of us is an ever growing network of visionaries, former UN leaders, strategic consultants, executive coaches, business model experts. Between us we have hundreds of years experience helping thousands to transition to creating a better system for all of us.

Alexander works with senior leaders at moments of profound transition, helping them stabilize internally and translate their wisdom into meaningful next-stage contribution.

Kari creates impactful visions, after spending 25 years at the UN she founded United Cities, a global initiative to help 10,000 cities realize the SDGs by 2030.
