running retreats

becoming a rainmaker
rainmakers emerge in exactly the same way a diamond forms from carbon: under intense pressure (50,000 times greater than on the surface); and extremely high temperatures (1,600°C), over millions of years. rather than resist this pressure and stay separate, the carbon atoms merge together and the blackness dissolves into light

alexander is the founder of the masterpiece movement. he is a climate artist, speaker and author. he spent 15 years developing cutting edge communication campaigns for some of the leading companies including working on all of the sdgs before guiding companies and individuals to discover their purpose and bring it to life by creating their masterpiece
kari eik
kari is a sought-after board member and advisor of global regenerative initiatives around the world. she spent 25 years with the united nations, before leading a platform for 400 purposeful ceos and then creating united cities, whose mission is 10,000 cities to realize the sdgs before the end of the decade
